Is it Summer Break yet???

Lifes not too eventfull these days. Nothing big to report or share just fun days with the kids, enjoying this lovely weather, and counting down the days untill summer break.

Jason and Nate finally figured out the dirt bikes problem and fixed it all up, so we've rode it some. Here is Trea and I, hes not quite ready to ride alone.

After a few days of Trea bugging me about it I decided to attempt to put this Lego Train together for him. Even though it said 10 yr olds on the box I had doubts that I could figure it out. Amazingly enough I stuck with it and it came out pretty good. Almost 500 pieces! Trea was so happy to play with it, although he complained plenty that I was taking "Too Long" to build it! The top comes off to show the engines insides and the conductor sits inside, it even has tools in it. Cute ! Sis was finishing up the stickers in this picture.

I took this picture on day I passed by sissys room and heard her chattering I peeked in and she was pretending to read a book by explaining the pictures, She saw me though right as I took the shot. Still so cute!

Me and my Bestest girl friend Holly, shes so sweet and thoughtful. Its so nice to have a true friend who equally puts effort into a friendship . That is something that is few and far between these days. Thanks Holls!

Being a mom, most times is a thankless job. We do do do with often nothing given back. (other than the joy of rasing a beautiful child ofcourse!). We are the short order cooks, the maids, the referees, the doctors, you name it we do it . So after what seems like endless days of being the welcome matt, its nice when someone notices your efforts and expresses their appreciation. Every now and then when daddy is not consumed with his own tasks, frustrations and tiredness he tries to pitch in! But nothing beats your best friend, a mother , and house wife just like you who truly understands the ruts we drudge through each day. I think its the experiences we share and the lifestyles we share that bring us closer together. Im lucky to have found such a great friend in you ...and your family. Guess we owe it to the Rebels...Oh I mean Terminators!!! LOL

We had an unexpected visit from Bobbi and Grandpa doug. We always love having them . And the kids enjoy them so much. We had a great time and a yummy dinner at Captains Ds...Their favorite!!!

Playing catch up...

Gezz its hard to keep up wth this bog stuff...But here are a few pics to catch everyone up on the last two or three weeks.

A cute shot of sis. She likes to hang out down in the basement with daddy just like one of the boys. Right up in the middle of everything! I thought when she came along finally I had a buddy to hang out with when the boys have basement "hobby" time. But I was wrong she likes to be down there too, just as much as they do. So still I sit alone while everyone else is down in the cold ,dusty, basement. Her dad is so proud. But...Is the pose really nessassary??? She seems to think so!!
Next... Chess !! Its the new thing here at our house. Gpa SteveO started it one weekend when Jordan went to spend the night out there. And Jordan really liked it and was pretty good at it. So nana got Jordan his own set, and now him and daddy play quite often. Brothers close by to watch of course! Learning :)
Weekend after spring break we had cousin cole over. The night was wild and crazy...But everyone had lots of fun. Papa even showed up at 8:30 with surprise waffel icecreams from dairy Queen foe everyone. Thanks papa!!!! Just what they needed, Sugar!

Papa...We love papa. For many reasons but one great thing is he is so willing to come and keep my carpets clean!!! Which ends up being every month or so. This time he streched the carpets and cleaned them. They looked soooo much better and smelled oh so fresh. Thanks Papa!!! And the only payment her requires is the hot coffee to be abundent and a yummy lunch! Easy enough! The kids follow him around the whole time. There to help when ever needed!
Poor Trea...Had a rough week or so. He had a nasty bug that kept him feeling pretty yuck and a fever of 102 for a few days straight. The only thing tha put a smile on his face was a nice big bubble bath. Hes over it now and feeling good again. Thank goodness!!!
Caught redhanded ! I found haden plying quietly in the living room the other day with...GIRL STUFF. It was cute he was setting up a cute little house. It even had a little horse as a pet. :) Too cute.
Sleep over...Sis had Aubs over, and Jordan had Caleb. Holly and Mitch offered to watch the kids one night while we had a nice dinner alone. So when we went to go pick up the kids we brought a few extra home with us. The kids had fun as always. Sis and Aubs played in her room most of the night and watched some girl movies. You know girl stuff. Sis loves when she has a girl to play with.
And here are all the boys on the same night being so behaved watching a movie...i think it was Nims island, good movie! Trea, Haden, Caleb and Jordan on the floor

Crazy Sis!!!

Found herself another fun costume in the garage when I was cleaning it out for a garage sale, a few weekends ago. It was some kind of leopard mask nana brought over, a black sequence shawl , and a fiesta skirt. Nice combo! Then...what else do you do but go on a tricycle ride!!! LOL

Chloe is so loved and is growing to be a special member in the family. The kids love her and even daddy is getting soft on her! We are happy to have her.

Noahs Ark ... Thats us!

So we have alot of pets...yha yha yha!
But we enjoy it. We had the two rats , which are now in heaven :( So apon cleaning out their cage the kids and I decided to go to Pet Co and "look around". And now we have two new family members. Two parakeetes! Bella and Pete. So here is a little picture for you all to see our new additions. :)
